reporting europe

Reaching the heart of the story in the European Union is never easy - especially from afar. That's where the European Neighbourhood Journalism Network comes in.

Delving into the hottest EU topics, Foundation trainers lead reporters through a series of week long, on location assignments.

The European Neighbourhood Journalism Network keeps online, print and broadcast reporters from 16 countries neighbouring the EU up to date with the themes, contacts and techniques they need to help craft the best news, analysis and features for their audiences.

Delving into the hottest EU topics, Thomson Foundation trainers lead reporters through a series of week long, on location assignments.

Ranging from EU conflict resolution efforts in Kosovo to energy diversification in Algeria, we and our partners are working with over 200 reporters to build high-quality pieces ready to be aired and published on their return.

For regular updates on the Network’s growing membership and training projects, go to www.journalismnetwork.eu

Other partners involved with the project are: European Journalism Centre, International Federation of Journalists, BBJ, and Management Partners

The European Neighbourhood Journalism Network is funded by the European Union.
