Chloe Smith

Chloe joined the foundation in February 2022 as administrative assistant and works mainly with procedures and policies. 

She holds a BA in History from University College London (UCL), with an emphasis on East Asian History, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law.

Chloe is fluent in English and Mandarin.
