Project Unspoken - increasing awareness in the Turkish-Cypriot media of the rights of LGBTI people
Project Unspoken is working to increase awareness in the Turkish-Cypriot community and in particular journalists and media on the rights of the LGBTI community in order to decrease homophobia and transphobia. Thomson Foundation runs workshops and discussion groups with journalists and CSOs to encourage inclusive, balanced and objective coverage of LGBTI issues in the Northern Cypriot media.
