Building the Resilience of Independent Media in Tajikistan

A blended learning programme of support for independent media in Tajikistan. The aim is to strengthen the role of the media in the promotion of human rights through better cooperation between journalists and civil society organisations combined with a training programme for government representatives to improve relationships with the media.
