Financial and Administrative Coordinator

Anisa Curraj is Financial and Administrative Coordinator of Thomson Foundation’s component of the FCDO-backed Supporting Greater Media Independence programme in the Central Europe and South East Europe.

She is experienced in management and human resources with a portfolio interlinking academia with the business sector and project development in civil society and media. She is an external lecturer of entrepreneurship at the Professional College of Tirana and provides ongoing support for youth entrepreneurship and start-ups to Tech360 Smart Solutions. She also engages as a local expert on youth economic empowerment for the Centre Science and Innovation for Development (SCiDEV).

She is educated to a postgraduate level at the University Polytechnic in Tirana, Albania, with a MSc in Environmental Engineering: Water Treatment. She has successfully completed her academic background with an MSc in Business and Administration at the European University of Tirana, Albania. She has also completed an Erasmus+ Fellowship at the Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and an international exchange programme in China on international business development.
