Contacts across borders to help cool international tensions

The €5.3million European Neighbourhood Journalism Network was one of the biggest media development programmes ever undertaken by the European Union, and Thomson Foundation led the way. Over four years, the foundation helped bring together and train nearly 1,000 journalists from 16 countries bordering the EU.
