Helen Scott

Helen is a strategic advisor and has been associated with the foundation for 30 years working all over the world as a trainer, consultant and manager.

Through Thomson, she is currently acting as a consultant for Rukhshana Media, a digital outlet dedicated to telling the stories of women and girls in Afghanistan.

Helen began her journalism career on the UK’s national newspaper the Daily Mail. She moved to news, current affairs and documentaries as a TV programme maker before assuming an executive role as Controller of Factual Programmes at ITV.

She's a consultant for a range of media organisations and delivers high profile event production for the Royal Television Society.
