Marleen Walther

Marleen joined Thomson Foundation in September 2023. In her role as Impact Analyst & Project Officer, she coordinates and supports the continuous improvement of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) processes across projects. She works with teams across the organisation to strengthen how Thomson measures and demonstrates its impact.

Marleen also coordinates the delivery of workshops and training programmes from planning through to completion, runs the London office and provides back-up finance support.

She holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from University College London (UCL). Originally from Germany, Marleen spent much of her life in Asia and has lived in the USA, Germany, China, Japan and the UK.

She is fluent in English and German, has basic Mandarin skills and is learning French.
