Viktoriia Ignatovych

Viktoriia supports operational and programme delivery, working with project teams to strengthen systems, ensure compliance and support quality across programmes.

Originally from Ukraine, Viktoriia moved to Germany in 2019 and has a background in hospitality and tourism, with experience in project administration, operations and finance.

She joined Thomson in 2022, working on a German Ministry of Foreign Affairs-funded peer-to-peer programme linking Ukrainian media with outlets in Germany. She later became Projects and Finance Officer for Thomson Media, supporting programmes across multiple countries and donor requirements.

In her current role, Viktoriia works across teams and geographies, helping programmes run effectively, on time and on budget. Her work includes supporting project delivery, compliance processes and organisational systems across the group.
