Advising state broadcaster following National Independence

Following the country’s independence from South Africa, Thomson Foundation was invited to advise Namibia Broadcasting Corporation on how to make the service commercially viable. The foundation's work with NBC continued for three years, to include management and journalistic skills training for its 600-strong staff.
